Hey all,
I'm wondering if there's any news floating around of a CD coming out this fall/winter/year? Not a big one, but one with recordings of last year's performances. I could email Sara, but... well let's just say I'd rather not.  If anyone knows about this, please let me know. :)

I think I'm the oldest NWGC alum here, but in case anyone else remembers her, Jennifer Hedgcock (1996) died last week. Her funeral is this Friday, Sept 23, at 11:00 am at Assumption Catholic Church in Seattle. Jennifer was in the choir from 1987-1996.

I did it! After I quit the JAYS, because of the evil prejudicial leaders, I tried out for the AYS. Even though I'm technically not old enough, I am in grade 6, so I tried out . . .
And . . .
I made it! Alto 1, which is what I wanted to be anyways . . .
Yay!

hey guys-
did anyone else get the email from sara about only having amore practice ONCE A WEEK?! because i'm definitely not okay with that. she has already cut rehearsal without reducing tuition, and frankly, we can't get to the level of artistry we are capable of if we rehearse less than vivace. plus, there's no way sit still for 2 HOURS AND 15 MINUTES. lord.

what do you guys think?

love,
molly
